The type of writing I found most
difficult throughout the course would be anything in an essay format. I don’t
enjoy being told exactly how to write something and what about. On the other
hand, the types of writing I enjoyed the most were any that I could be creative
and use my imagination. It adds more character to the piece of writing as well
as voice. One story that I believed was superior was “Liam’s Adventure”, this
is because I got to use my creative side. (http://bbt43.blogspot.ca/2012/11/liams-adventure.html
). But, there are also the selections of writing that I would be honored to
have the chance to do over, such as “Billy Madison: Comical or terrible?”
simply because I believe that this piece of writing didn’t show my best abilities.

The peer assessments that were
preformed in the classroom were very helpful. I believe this because it gave
you the chance to have other’s judge your work before the final mark is in
place. This way, you can go back and fix the mistakes you have made. I did
enjoy reading other students work because it gave me the chance to see the
creative side as well as the skills my fellow classmates has.
My biggest weakness in writing
would have to be following a procedure 100%. I didn’t enjoy being told how to
write, but as time went on within the class I realized that following a certain
format can actually improve the look and entire theme of my writing pieces.
The most enjoyable blog that we
were asked to complete would be “Telling the Story”, I enjoyed this assignment
very much. “Telling the Story” gave you the chance to pretend to be a younger
child going on an adventure, which was very enjoyable once you’re expected to
act mature day in and day out. But there
is also one assignment I didn’t care for in particular, and that assignment
would have to be this one (Time for Reflection), I simply do not like reflecting
on my work and classes that I have completed this past semester.
